Description

“The opportunity to build a new department”

This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building EVEXIAS’ Medical Education & Training Events function from the ground up in collaboration with the CSO—defining the organizational structure, operating cadence, measurable goals, and outcomes—while scaling a high-impact education portfolio across in-person trainings and digital events.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Medical Education & Events department organizational structure (functions, roles, Director-level ownership, and hiring sequence).
  • Own the full education and events portfolio across in-person trainings, certification programs, digital events/webinars, live Q&A, and scalable learning pathways.
  • Establish curriculum governance and quality standards; ensure education is evidence-informed and designed for real-world practice implementation.
  • Provide executive oversight of our proprietary EvexiPEL Method education and certification experiences.
  • Operationalize turnkey enablement by integrating protocols, forms, dosing calculators, and patient education resources into the learner journey.
  • Create and manage an outcomes framework (OKRs/KPIs) with a reporting cadence across the learner journey (enrollment → completion → implementation → ongoing engagement).
  • Lead, coach, and develop directors and teams; build and benchmark leadership and accountability systems.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings over five years of progressive leadership experience within clinical or professional education, continuing education and certification programs, or healthcare training, ideally with a specific background in integrative, functional, or preventive care education. They must have a proven track record of building an educational function from its early stages to full scale—encompassing organizational design, hiring, process optimization, metrics tracking, and budget management—and possess the adaptability to operate comfortably in a rapid-growth environment with evolving priorities.

Success in this role requires demonstrated ownership of both large-scale in-person events and digital or hybrid education delivery. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess strong experience leading other leaders at the Director level, paired with exceptional strengths in curriculum governance, faculty and speaker management, and learner experience design. Ultimately, we are looking for a strategic leader who also brings hands-on experience creating practice implementation tools and business enablement content to actively support healthcare providers.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in clinical/professional education, CE/certification programs, or healthcare training
  • Proven experience building a function from early stage to scale (org design, hiring, processes, metrics, budgets)
  • Demonstrated ownership of both in-person events and digital/hybrid education delivery at scale
  • Experience leading leaders (Director level)
  • Strength in curriculum governance, faculty/speaker management, and learner experience design
  • Experience in integrative/functional/preventive care education
  • Experience creating practice implementation tools and/or business enablement content for healthcare providers
  • Comfort operating in a rapid-growth environment with evolving priorities
